About

I make AI systems work for marketing teams. You would think the hard part is getting the technology to work. In my experience, it's getting the data scientists, ethics teams, heads of department and marketers to agree on what "good" looks like. And then ensuring the results that leave everyone satisfied.

That's where I come in.

It's my non-linear path that gives me my edge. I studied Geography at the University of Bristol, then Data Science at UCL. The thread connecting them: problems that are technical and sociological at the same time. And translating these into ways people can understand and work through.

At Trilateral Research, an AI service provider and consultancy, I built automated briefing systems and ran thought leadership for the CEO. The work I'm drawn to sits at the intersection of AI and marketing. Not just using tools, but designing systems that make teams sharper.

Outside work, I read 30-40 books a year (mostly fantasy and social theory). I pick up a racquet and swing every so often, usually on a squash, pickleball or tennis court (in that order). And I host dinners where guests reliably ask for seconds of my apple crumble.
